This is my wellbeing course, which has helped me on my journey to maintain wellbeing and enables me to progress further in my life. Progression is important to happiness, and coping better with life’s difficulties can help with this.
Having anxiety, stress or depression, makes everything so much harder and its difficult not to let your mind focus on this alone. I have built coping mechanisms to push me through, when something like this occurs, to keep progressing with personal growth and positive wellbeing. What triggers you is what you have to heal.
I believe my course can help you too, but you must put effort in, you must not give up when you hit a hurdle and you must keep pushing forward.
